Dues Reminder Message
Thank you to All Members Auxiliary #2883 for helping us to keep strong and successful in supporting our charities on all levels – Local, State and National
You can do your part by paying your 2024 dues prior to May 31, 2023.  The Grand Aerie will soon send out dues reminders each month beginning in March and if we receive your payment now, it will save postage and time.  Also, it is imperative that you notify me of any changes in name, address, and telephone number so I can update your membership information.
You may send a check (payable to Cresaptown Ladies Aux #2883 FOE and send to Maryon Phillips at 299 Roy Dr. Ridgeley, WV 26753 or place it in an envelope in the Aux’s Mailbox at the club.  If you pay in cash, be sure you print your name on the envelope and address.
If you, or you know of any member in good standing, has been placed in a Nursing Home, please contact me as the Auxiliary will pay the annual dues while in the facility.
Again, thank you, feel free to contact me by phone or text at 304-738-3667

So I didn't get my dues paid by May 31st, what can I do?

Well for now you are a member not in good standing!
  • Members "not in good standing" can not participate or collect on Queen of Hearts, Monthly Signup, Daily Signup or Sunday Signup
  • as per Section 71.9 of the Grand Aerie Articles of Incorporation Constitution and Statutes:
  • A member whose dues are not paid in advance, as herein provided, shall be non-beneficial for all purposes, and shall not be permitted to hold or remain in office, to attend meetings, or social rooms of the Aerie, or to make use of any of its facilities, or to receive any sick or funeral benefits or to receive.....
  • Last year the Grand Aerie changed the grace period to 30 days past (June 30). If you are in the Grace Period - you are "not in good standing.
What does this mean to you: get your dues paid ASAP or at least prior to the grace period expiring  to avoid the re-enrollment fees!
  • If dues are paid during the grace period the member would not have to re-enroll ($10 fee for Aerie and $15 fee for Auxiliary) and would immediately become a member in good standing!
  • There may be instances of Grand Aerie generated DUE NOTICES being received after dues have been paid - relax you're good. The notices are coming from the Grand Aerie and their system is slow to respond to paid member updates.

We miss you already!
Please renew to remain a part of the Greatest Fraternal Organization in America!!
